A review with the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Security tested 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 with the UAE and a few from Turkey. It found that all 8 samples had been deemed "faulty". Five from the solutions sampled contained fats in addition to cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in products labelled "chocolate" in Germany.
